HOOK 29
Kohlrabi is very rich in vitamin C, fibre and potassium.
All parts can be eaten, though it is recommended to
peel the outer layer of the turnip-like shape part. As
kids we would eat it raw right out of Grandma's garden.
It can be grated, cubed to add to salads or sautéed and
roasted as a delicious vegetable side dish.
The slightly peppery bright red radish is another treat.
Try thinly sliced radishes on a slice of sourdough bread
with bu5er, chives and garnish with an edible flower,
nastur4um. A perfect Spring delight!
