But "don't let the ur- gent disrupt the important," ex- plains Nyack-based Kathryn Hennessey, Certified EOS Imple- menter. It's usually at this mo- ment of being stuck and the business hitting the ceiling that Hennessey gets the S.O.S email from a business owner. "It's not about working more hours. Most importantly it can better people's lives and cre- ate balance," continues Hen- nessey. But where do you start? With EOS it's from the top down. The first step in the EOS Process is the 90-minute meeting where Hennessey explains what EOS is, along with its tools and processes. It's also where she learns about her client's business.
