Inspired by one of the first books on business he read, "Let My People Go Surfing" by Yvon Chouinard, (the founder of the company Patagonia), the Patagonia ethos was one that resonated with Collier. "I believe people who work at Arch feel good about working in a crea5ve environment, they feel cared for, and feel what they're doing is good," he says. "I feel like we align with Patago- nia in that way." As for himself, Collier balances being a businessman and an ar5st, using crea5vity as a work ethic of its own. He is constantly thinking ahead to the bigger picture and working towards it. "I'm driven by a sense of accomplishment for turning imagina5on into re- ality, or concept into crea5on, into reality."
