Gilded
Age
Man-
sion,
the
firm
delivered
much
more,
a
home
with
a
heart
akin
to
the
Tuscan
landscape,
complete
with
an
open
central
cor3le
(courtyard),
marble
columns,
terraces
and
grand
staircases.
While
grand
in
scale,
today
the
spaces
inside
are
in3-
mate
and
draw
drama
from
the
architecture.
Following
an
extensive
renova3on
and
restora3on
project
by
the
current
owners
Alan
Stenberg
and
Dan
DeSimone,
who
transformed
the
property
into
a
bou3que
hotel
with
Re-
lais
&
Châteaux
dis3nc3on,
the
interior
design
is
layered
and
curated
for
casual
elegance.
