ART CAFE A Super Healthy Favorite AVOCADO TOAST • Amba mayonnaise (a combina4on of mayonnaise and tangy fermented mango Amba sauce — it is Vegan and Gluten Free) • Seed and Nut mix • Two slices of Whole Grain Whole Wheat Bread (or subs4tute Gluten Free bread) • Fresh ripe avocado • Olive Tapenade • Bulgarian Sheep milk Feta (or subs4tute Vegan crumbled extra-firm marinated Tofu) • 2 organic eggs (or subs4tute 2 slices of Vegan medium firm Tofu) • 1 tsp virgin olive oil Sprinkle with feta and olive tapenade. Gentry fry the egg in a small pan coated with olive oil, flipping it once for "over easy" style. Place egg on each avocado covered toast piece. Garnish with Amba mayonnaise and seed and nut mix.
