For over 20 years, PAmAYA RED has been a des4na4on for ex-
pert hair care, founded by master haircu5er Robert Weinberg,
whose ar4stry and dedica4on have built a trusted reputa4on in
the industry. Alongside him, Iala mcGraw has brought her ex-
per4se as a colorist, refining the salon's signature approach to
modern, dimensional hair.
In 2017, Aleida Irizarry joined as a partner, bringing her back-
ground in celebrity hair styling and her affilia4on with Wigs for
Kids, adding both elevated ar4stry and meaningful, purpose-dri-
ven care to the salon's founda4on.
Today, PAmAYA RED con4nues to evolve—honoring its legacy
while introducing advanced trichology services focused on scalp
health, hair restora4on, and results-driven care.
