they are looking for more individual dona3ons and
foundaton grants, but are buoyed by the fact that
New York State recently passed new funding for the
Companion Animal Capital Fund. They say the
biggest problem in animal rescue is the lack of re-
sources
and a lack of larger outdoor environments,
with
dogs being dumped or surrendered all the
3me.
Ul3mately, what Hudson Paws aims to provide
is a posi3ve environment for dogs to build up their
abili3es and confidence to get them to a forever
home. Their work ensures that dogs get to be dogs.
In this new year, please consider pu5ng Hudson
Paws Dog Rescue on your gi$ list. Your dona3on di-
rectly supports the daily care, nourishment, enrich-
ment, rehabilita3on, and medical needs these dogs
require to become healthy, adjusted, and adopt-
able. Hudson Paws focuses on providing a safe, lov-
ing environment where dogs can recover from
neglect or abuse, and increase their chances of find-
ing forever homes.
For 2026 January through April, they will MATCH
every dona3on given. So your dona3on is worth
TWICE as much.
