project

create
a
more
defined
entrance,
addi3onal
parking,
incorporate

restroom
facili3es.
But
with
no
electricity
or
water
currently
on
site,
the
project
required
great
diligence
in
the
design
phase
with
mul3ple
layers
of
financing,
permits
and
approvals.
It's
slated
to
be
complete
by
