Kiki Cunningham has always been tuned into an3ques, stemming from
her childhood where it was nurtured by her grandmother. "She was a
lover of beau3ful things," recalls Cunningham. "Not ostenta3ous, but
she saw the quality and feel in hand cra$ed items from the past that
she wanted in her own home. She would go to estate sales and take me
with her, and I would love it. It was quality 3me. I learned about silver,
she showed me Limoges and Lalique. That's where I started seeing
Tiffany and understood about Tiffany Studios' glassware, lamps, and
iconic luxuries of that nature. She loved so many things, and it stuck
with me."
"My true passion called me when I purchased the 1900s building in
Montgomery, New York in August 2023." she said. "I always wanted to
have my own business." The building had long been home to a vintage
clothing store, but Cunningham worked her magic and Rabbit Hole An-
3ques opened its doors in May 2024. "So, with all my previous knowl-
edge and know-how—I decided to buy the building and open an
an3que store."
Most of the wares within Rabbit Hole An3ques hail from the 18th and
19th centuries, and Kiki researches every piece she brings into her
