The ab- sence of sound, and sounds of music can el- evate, while discordant noise can depress. When we are being pulled into these high frequency sounds, health factors come forefront into our lives. HOOK 2023 'Dark sky parks' or 'dark sky preserves' are on the rise, as our air cleansing process needs hours of darkness. In humans, light influ- ences our circadian rhythms (the daily cycle of biological ac5vity in a twenty-four hour period) through a small part of the brain called the suprachiasma5c nucleus. A dark night provides rest and a biological clock for people and animals alike.
