mentation and practice that begins with a Focus Day which dives into hitting the ceiling, accountability chart, rocks, meeting pulse and scorecard. Leaders take this into action and after 30 days there's the first Vision Building Day which addresses core values, core focus, 10-year target, marketing strat- egy, 3-year picture, 1-year plan, quarterly rocks and issues list. Because this is a lot to tackle, and the goal is to sim- plify, implement and solve problems, this step is broken down into two days spaced by 30 days. Then the 90-day world commences, because it's been proven that after 90 days the rope begins to fray and things become untethered. Each 90 days there's a check-in day for accountability to keep the ball rolling, build momentum and most importantly, stay on point.
